1. Private Membership Association (PMA) Disclosure

Jouls is organized as a Private Membership Association operating under the protections of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution. By becoming a member, you acknowledge:

• You are joining this association voluntarily for the purpose of accessing wellness-based information, tools, products, and services offered by Jouls.

• You understand that all content and services are provided within the private domain of the association and not to the general public.

• You waive your right to file a legal claim or grievance against Jouls in any public court regarding association activities and instead agree to resolve all disputes privately through internal processes.

2. Membership & Subscription Terms

• Jouls offers tiered subscription memberships that grant access to exclusive content, services, and digital tools.

• All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

• Refunds are not issued for partial billing cycles unless required by law.

3. Marketing Communications & Email Consent

By joining Jouls, you consent to receive email communications from us, including:

• Membership-related updates

• Marketing, promotions, and special offers

• Educational content related to frequency healing and wellness

You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jouls is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of its services, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, but all disputes related to the association will be handled privately under PMA terms.
